Warn System

Warnings are persistent log entries against a player. Staff can list and clear them. Templates are supported with the same schema as bans / kicks. Useful before escalating to a mute or ban.

The admin GUI includes a Warn button (magenta wool) in the player view that opens the warn templates GUI.
